For satisfaction refunds, no. You do not need to ship the used product back to us. We want to save you the hassle of packaging and postage. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will replace it immediately. Please email us at support@nurovita.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please attach a clear photo of the damage or defect. We will send you a free replacement right away. In most cases of damage, you do not need to return the broken item to us.
